2023 Winter Dates Announced

This camp is designed to challenge beginner, intermediate and experienced basketball players. This camp offers a balanced curriculum in order to expose the athlete to competitive basketball. Summer Break and Winter Camps are concentrated experiences designed to accelerate learning through outstanding instructions, skill development, situational training, and competition simulation. Participants learn to improve their footwork, dribbling, passing, and shooting through exciting drills, games and activities.

This camp is for young athletes who want to learn the fundamentals of basketball, improve their basketball skills, and further develop their on-court athleticism in a fun yet competitive & engaging environment. Our camp is open to athletes ages 5 - 17 years old.

Camp Hours

Full Day: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm Half Day: 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm (ages: 5-17)
Camp Fee: Full Day $299 + HST. Half Day $239 + HST
Meals: Lunch is not provided. Please bring a packed lunch.

CAMPER EVALUATION

Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.

REGISTRATION PACKET

A detailed camper registration packet containing check-in location, camp specifics, and a list of things to bring, will be emailed to all campers prior to their camp date. If you have any questions/inquiries please email info@therunrec.com

CANCELLATION POLICY

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

If you need to cancel for any reason up until 24 hours prior to camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for tuition fees paid good through the following year that is transferable to any immediate family member and may be used for any sport. Participants who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows for any reason) or who do not contact The Run Rec to cancel at least 24 hours prior to camp check-in will not receive a voucher or refund. Cash refunds are given only if Cancellation Protection was purchased at the time of registration and the cancellation is made before your balance due date (see terms below).

If The Run Rec cancels your child’s camp due to COVID-related facility closures, government mandates or other circumstances, you will automatically be issued a credit voucher for your tuition fees paid which can be applied to any The RunRec through the following year and used by any immediate family member.

These policies are in place to account for camp fees associated with each registration that are made in advance of the program. Camper waives any and all damages that mav otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and aarees to accent as liguidated damages said registration fees.

Excellent Service! I contacted the owner, Izzy, to schedule a last minute event. He was so helpful and accomodating. He was available anytime I had questions. He coached a group of 10 kids for this event and was so good with them. Everyone had a great time. His rates are more than reasonable and he goes above and beyond. The parents of the other kids all said they will consider booking parties there themselves!

Great place. Clean floors which is a must for a hooper. Never a booking issue. Highly recommended. Our go to gym to rent when our group is looking to get a run in.

Great facility to get together for some pickup basketball! Well managed! A great place to play basketball every week! You can also do Volleyball and Dodgeball if that fits you! Great multi sport facility! Owner is always very accommodating no matter what the concern or need!
